Absolutely perfect and favourable location, on the lake. Short walk to transport to the bus stop and grocery store. Fine & clean room, with TV, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk. Particularly good bathroom with bathtubs; affable and very amiable staff.

The room was comfortable and the pillows were soft and cozy. The front desk staff were nice and the check-in process was quick and efficient.
The cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. There were trash and cigarette butts outside, and the inside of the hotel had a strong odor.

They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even let us check in early after a long overnight bus trip. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options. the staff's kindness and the hotel's great location were the best aspects of our stay.
